Alex is still recovering from the PTSD of her kidnapping but she gets involved unofficially with a case of the murder of a famous dress designer. Her knowledge of the garment district and the fashion houses is vital as Mike and Mercer work to find the murderer.
I continue to marvel at the depth of knowledge that is transmitted over the pages in his series that always centers on a particular area of NYC and yet creates a great mystery. The ending was a stunner!
